2025-2026 Summer Evaluation Surveys
Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) evaluates all funded programs at the grantee and strategy level through a third party independent evaluator, The Bridging Group. The summer surveys distributed are for FY 2025-2026 evaluation cycle.
FY2025-2026 SUMMER PARTICIPANT SURVEYS
Online surveys for people participating in all summer programs are now available. Participant surveys will be due October 30, 2025.
Surveys are available in:
Amharic, Arabic, Chinese, Dari, English, Pashto, Spanish, Tigrinya, and Vietnamese. The English, Chinese, and Spanish survey links for each strategy are below. For all links, email OFCY@oaklandca.gov
