Evaluation Surveys

Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) evaluates all funded programs at the grantee and strategy level through third party independent evaluators.

Social Policy Research Associates will provide FY2017-2018 evaluations for the following strategies:

  • Early Childhood Mental Health Consultations
  • Parent Support and Education
  • Student Engagement in Learning
  • Year-Round Youth Development and Empowerment
  • Summer Youth Development and Empowerment
  • Career Awareness and Academic Support for Older Youth

Programs evaluated by SPR in 2017-2018 arranged by Agency Name can be found here, and by Funding Strategy here.

Public Profit will continue to evaluate all programs in the strategy School Based After School. This evaluation of school-based afterschool programs is jointly funded with the Oakland Unified School District as part of the City of Oakland's partnership with the school district in support of high quality elementary and middle school afterschool programs for Oakland students.

public profit – FY2017-2018 SURVEYS

Public Profit is collecting survey data for the 2017-2018 Oakland School-Based After School Evaluation. Please click here to find a customized link to access the Oakland School-Based After School Youth Survey for your program.

Only youth in grades 3rd and up should complete the survey. All programs have a survey target based on their Average Daily Attendance (ADA). Your survey target tells you how many youth are expected to complete the survey in your program.

We ask programs to complete the Oakland School-Based After School Youth Survey by Friday, May 4th, 2018.

If you have any questions or have trouble accessing the survey, please contact Da'Shon Carr at dashon@publicprofit.net or (510)-835-1669 ext. 210.
