Strategic Plan

The Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) strategic plan guides OFCY's funding priorities for OFCY's three year grant cycle. The plan implements the four goals of OFCY's authorizing legislation, Measure D, KidsFirst!. The plan provides a needs assessment of Oakland's children and youth and an overview of four strategy areas.

2019-2022 Strategic Investment Plan

The Planning and Oversight Committee and OFCY staff are developing the strategic investment plan for 2019-2022 with input from Oakland's youth, parents, service providers, and key stakeholders. OFCY is aiming to have a new plan developed in Spring 2018 and adopted by City Council in summer 2018. As materials are developed and events begin to be planned, more information will be made available here on the OFCY website.
