Check out what we're up to! The Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) Planning and Oversight Committee (POC) meetings are generally held every first (1st) Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. unless changed or cancelled. All meetings are held at the Oakland City Hall, 1 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, Hearing Room 4 from 6-9pm. Upcoming meetings are listed below. Please click here for past meeting agendas and minutes.
