NEW**Request for Proposals for the Evaluation of Oakland Fund Children and Youth  The City of Oakland is seeking qualified candidates to contract with the City to conduct the independent evaluation of the Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) and its 2012-2013 grantees in all strategy areas.

Attachment A: Mandatory Letter of Intent (word doc) - Due by 5:00PM May 25, 2012 in both soft and hard copy.

Attachment B: Sample City of Oakland Professional or Specialized Services Agreement

Attachment D: Schedule O - Campaign Contribution Limits - Required with submission of full proposal
