Oakland Fund for Children and Youth (OFCY) measures impact at the grantee and strategy level. OFCY engages the firm See Change Evaluation to measure grant making impact for all OFCY funded strategies except for after school programs. OFCY engages Public Profit evaluation firm in a joint evaluation effort with the Oakland Unified School District, to measure grant-making impact for school-based and community-based after school programs.
